In this Daily Affirmations Meditation for Anxiety and Confidence, I will guide you to a calming place to set the scene for some realistic affirmations that you can use to motivate yourself, reduce anxiety, and provide clarity on your skills and abilities.
You can either use the affirmations I say, or choose some of your own. As long as they are realistic, and simple to remember. Picking 2-3 affirmations per meditation session may make it easier for you to remember the affirmations outside the practice.
