Joy Behar says "Once black people get guns in this country the gun laws will change." Seems like good ol' Joy is still living in the days of segregation. Maybe someone should let her know that black people DO owns guns and can also use the same restroom and water fountain as whites.

Funny thing is, if anyone else said this, they'd be labeled the biggest racist on earth. But Joy says it on the View and it's no big deal.
