Shut in with God

Not a lot of people know what it is like to spend time shut in and alone with the Lord, but what is that like and what does it offer us? Spending time shut in with God permits us to learn what He is doing. We have become so reliant on our own understanding that we have forgotten what it is that we ought to be relying on the most.
