Continuing the building up to a full deck. Increasing slowly and carefully. If you're fit and want a challenge just grab the whole deck and knock yourself out. For others who are just getting back into training or just starting, go back to the easiest level you can and start there and build up a card a day. It doesn't matter what level you start at; it only matters that you keep hanging in there daily.
Today we add the 6❤️. That's 6 burpees.
