First, an apology. I had planned to include more examples in the video but didn't have time to reshoot and discovered that after almost a year of minimal shooting and no coaching, a couple bad habits were back. Rather than show poor examples, I am choosing to cut them out entirely and include links to the real experts.

If you're interested in recurve form, Jake's got a bunch of videos.
A LOT of the pros have videos that offer advice or tips, but I've found that most are very shallow and limited because they're literally doing this for a living and helping their competition is not to their advantage. The two I've included here are both no longer competing and have decided to pass along what they learned. That's not a cut on the active pros, they just have a different focus for now. I also think a lot of the older pros are in more of a "do as I say, not as I do" position because they often learned the hard way and are too set in their personal form to change it now. Looking at the under 30 crowd can give better examples because they grew up with the modern coaching based on what the prior generation had to discover the heard way.
