Both are numbers from a 4" barrel using Federal HST. The 9mm is 124gr, the 30 SC is 100gr, these being the most popular SD options at the moment and the easiest to get numbers for.

The 9mm wins by a decent but not massive margin on momentum rather than KE, but in real terms they're both relatively mild pistol rounds. Shot placement is still king.
