Opinion: Email to HRA about NYC law enforcement sabotaging my HRA card.

Opinion: Greetings, I always treat everyone at HRA with the utmost respect at all times. HRA is doing a great job. I am very appreciative for the help and customer service. I grew up with rich people in NYC, Nassau County, and Suffolk County. I don't drink. I don't smoke. I don't party. I don't have a criminal record. I'm a homeless full-time student at Baruch College. So far I have earned all As at CUNY and I'm on the Dean's List. People I grew up with pay NYC law enforcement to harass me constantly. The lastest thing they did was vandalize my public assistance card. It still works but they peeled off the plastic over my picture and vandalized my picture. NYC law enforcement and their civilian team have stolen my wallet with my HRA card so many times I've received a warning from HRA about losing cards. What should I do? Please advise. Thank you.
