Opinion: Call to NYPD 911 on August 18, 2021.

Opinion: People I know pay New York City law enforcement and their civilian scam team to harass me every day. I'm trying to create videos about the NYPD and their civilian scam team harassing me. The police have their civilian scam team following me around playing music out of the windows of their cars to ruin my videos. I can try to create videos for five hours and the police will have their civilian scam team follow me around the whole time playing music until I give up. This is a call to 911 to report the NYPD and their civilian scam team harassing me. I have contacted hundreds of US government agencies, thousands of times, and NYC law enforcement and their civilian scam team are harassing me worse than ever.
