How to cook turkey. So basically I was trying to show you guys the traditional way to roast a turkey, but I made a miscalculation on the weight. So I improvised... and grabbed a blow torch. It actually worked so well, I might just make it my new technique, for roasting turkey and other birds! I made this video in the beginning of the pandemic, obviously I did not think it would last this long. I guess the weight wasn't my only miscalculation.
