Writing Session || Day 7 of 21 Day Redefine and #Forgive Experience

Now that we have laid the whole foundation, and you know how to connect with both your Highest Self and your Injured Self (separately), and how to toggle between the two parts, it's time to start the #forgiveness and #healing process.

Today is our first writing session of this experience.

Prepare by getting your "burn journal" that you have prepared for this 21 day experience.

Remember that you're the only one who needs to see this conversation, and the point for your intention is to give the pain a different physical counterpart so that this is no longer living in your body and healing can begin.

If you haven't followed this experience from the beginning, be sure to start on Day 1 and get the whole foundation before beginning. It's the difference between spiraling into emotional oblivion, and amazingly powerful release and healing.
