Peppers and Eggs North Jersey/Texas Mex style!

Happy Easter!, I made some delicious peppers and eggs this morning Jersey style with some Tex Mex influence. I really haven't been out of the house since the Covid 19 quarantine went into effect and I felt like shooting this morning. I hope these cooking videos remind some of you of home and you get a laugh out of it. Some others you could learn a thing or two, I have don't have any real talent but I can cook well enough not to kill everyone with my cooking. Please give it a shot I really like cooking for the family and I especially like cooking fish that I catch from the Mid Atlantic area. The ingredients I used were:

Tortilla's
peppers and onions (frozen)
eggs
Marsala wine
salt and pepper
american cheese
olive oil
garlic powder
oregano
I have been cooking to feed myself since I was a little kid, most measurements are based on look, smell, taste which is why i very rarely use actual measurements. I would like to do more of these videos especially since we are all in quarantine here in Maryland.
