Grounding Day 23- mud puddles.
Today for my grounding walk I took a path with some mud puddles. It is really hot here today and the cold water felt good. The mud squishing between my toes was also very refreshing and exfoliating. We have also had a lot of biting horse flies here this year and at the end of the video, you can see them flying around. Since I “injured” my heels, I have been stepping very lightly on them and they are starting to feel better now which is very exciting for me.
