We added the 7❤️

And we are 27 cards in. That's half way! Great work! Your fitness will really start to stick from now on. I can't tell you what a difference you'll find.
From tomorrow we add TWO cards a day. And in 2 weeks we'll be doing the whole deck! It'll be tough, especially for older fellas or people who are coming from a non-training base. But that's fine, do whatever you need to do to get there. You can repeat a day here and there, or rest whenever you want.
Then when you reach the full deck you can simply focus on increasing the intensity to get your fitness peaking.
