The Supreme Court ruled in June that congress didn't give the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) the authority to regulate carbon emissions. Then congress tried to act but new legislation isn't happening. Mr B.S. Bernie Sanders is blaming Joe Manchin for not voting as other democrats did, continuing to omit and censor that Mr. B.S. has refused the solutions the world needs since a 2014 maybe Thom Hartmann show & Barack since his first presidential campaign.
