Let them eat...Raw Rhubarb!

Lori Fiechter here celebrating my 60th birthday with garden crisp raw rhubarb. I don't eat cake anyway! French rhubarb pie would be great, but maybe later...and I can show you how!

Most of our peach trees are in full bloom and the forecast just keeps getting colder--29 degrees, then 25 degrees, then a couple of inches of snow. Not looking hopeful. Not at all.
