The Crimson Trace CMR-207 is a light laser combo for most modern pistols with a 1913 style rail. The light and laser are activated by side paddle style switches that give a tactile feedback upon activation. There are multiple modes that can be used by holding both activation switches while the light is on. The light will begin to cycle between light, light/laser and laser only. The laser is fully adjustable or windage and elevation for your zero distance of choice. It runs on a single cr123 battery and will give about 1.5 hours of run time at 400 lumens.
