In this Guided Full Body Deep Relaxation Meditation for Anxiety, I will guide you through a simple active body scan process. As we make our way up the body, we begin to focus on relaxing each body part in preparation for relaxing the mind.
This meditation is designed for quick relaxation when you are feeling stressed, sore, or anxious. You can also use this practice just before you go to bed, to enable a deeper sleep.
