In this clip from the show, I discuss a new attachment I found in my local gym. After using it multiple ways for a simple arm exercise, I found it a super useful tool.

Although I am not a exercise expert, I found like this single piece of equipment was extremely effective as a singular movement. 2 different ways to hit the bicep and 2 different ways to hit the tricep.
