The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, spoke about the shelling of Donetsk and Lugansk (DPR and LPR) by Ukraine with American HIMARS multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS). The shelling is carried out selectively, on residential areas, shops, markets, health care institutions and other social facilities. Armed formations of Ukraine widely use HIMARS multiple rocket launchers received from the United States. They do this with the direct assistance of the American side, which not only provides Kyiv with the necessary intelligence, but also secretly seconded its instructors who helped representatives of the Kyiv regime to correct the aiming.
