Positively 23ABC: 8-year-old uses her Make-A-Wish to help Kansas City charities

An eight-year -old girl is using her "make-a-wish" to help Kansas City charities. Elaina Guerra was diagnosed with leukemia when she was four-and-a-half years old but was able to battle the disease and is now cancer-free. Elaina chose to use her wish to help Kansas City charities as a way to give back and pay it forward.
