January 30th the World Health Organization declared the coronavirus a "global health emergency" and then spent the rest of the press conference praising China, recommending Countries NOT to restrict travel and condeming any Country considering restrictions.
January 31st Trump restricts travel of Chinese foreign nationals from entering the US.
