Psalm 141:3-4 King James Version
3 Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.
4 Incline not my heart to any evil thing, to practise wicked works with men that work iniquity: and let me not eat of their dainties.

GOOD EVENING IN THE MATCHLESS NAME OF YESHUA EVERYONE!!!

Something about this morning's passage of scripture very much challenged my heart, because it's an area I struggle with, and I really need God's help in. I struggle with keeping sin out of my life, I'm sure you guys can all relate to that. I have to constantly come to the Lord and ask Him to do what these verses above state, in please helping me to keep my mouth shut when I need to keep it shut, to guard my heart, try it, and know my thoughts especially my anxious ones. I also ask Him to examine my heart to see if there is any sin in my life, and to cleanse me of it. Above all, I'm asking Him constantly to help keep me from sin, because I know I can't do it on my own. I think that's why these questions from this morning's devotional, or challenging my heart so much, and I'd like to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions very carefully, and I pray that God will speak to you through them as well.

What roles do the spiritual habits of confession and repentance play in your life?

How important is living a God-honoring life to you?

What I'd like to do right now, is share some thoughts that God has put on my heart through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight, and I pray that it challenges you to examine your heart in life, and see if there is anything, any sin that is keeping you from a strong relationship with God. Come join me in this vlog, and learn how to ask God to keep those unwanted guests of sin out in your life! 😊

So, as I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with these powerful verses of scripture, from Psalm 139:23-24, and I pray that you will allow God to thoroughly search your heart, mind, and soul, so that you can have a true and right relationship with Him. I pray that you ask God every day to examine your heart, to guard the thoughts of your heart and mind, as well as watch over your mouth, so that you don't say or do anything that would dishonor God. Don't be afraid to ask God for help to resist sin, so that you will not be overcome by it, but trust in His power to help keep you clear of that sin. Most of all, I pray that if you don't know Christ, that you will make that decision to accept Christ to savior today, and allow Him to make you His child.
