Edgard is from Nicaragua and moved to Ohio and his first thing he wanted was pizza in some places pizza is a gift or rare thing even though how easy it is to get in the states. Having a fascination with the art and amazing taste of pizza Edgard decided to learn all he can so he can enjoy pizza everyday and upon teaching himself the styles and traditional ways has perfected his own style and experience he shows in every pie made. From many places like the big pizza chains to the freezer editions nothing beats a nice homemade pie which we all have a preference but comes down to a nostalgic food for all.
