I got furloughed yesterday and decided it was a good time to make this video. Every time the Subscribe and Like button gets smashed, I'll gain some self-esteem.

How I Went From $10k to $4k a Month Income | The Journey to Wealth 19

In 2019, I was able to reach $10k a month consistently from my w2 job, my roommates, and my 4plex rental.

Everything has changed pretty drastically. I sold my 4plex which reduced my income by ~$2,600 a month. I was furloughed yesterday which reduced my income by $3,750 a month.

Thankfully, I've been able to add money from my YouTube videos and most of my tenant income is coming in.

I am now at roughly $4k a month in income and will be for a few months. I will be applying for unemployment and looking to get about $4k/month from that so I'll be fine.
