ELAINA Starr is a 33-year-old New Yorker who cares about her appearance; she takes pride in making sure her make-up and hair are always on point. However, in this episode, Elaina is challenged to 'Bare It All', in a game where she can decide whether to answer an uncomfortable question or take off her painted facade. When faced with the prospect of removing her makeup she said: "My look is very plasticky, over the top, glam. I'm so nervous about getting bare-faced today." Adding that: "I feel like with makeup I can control the way my face looks, and without it, I can't." Elaina reveals the insecurities she felt after giving birth to her son Chaz, and is asked in the video if she would ever give up plastic surgery if he wanted her to. The avid plastic surgery fantastic, who has spent $180k on procedures so far, is stripped down to her most vulnerable state, makeup-free and answering awkward questions.
