According to a report by the Russian Satellite News Agency quoted by the Danish Broadcasting Corporation (DR) on the 21st, Denmark’s move to send troops to Russia’s neighbor Latvia has sparked criticism. Soldiers sent by the country to Latvia said that the dispatch of troops was too hasty. After arriving at the station, they found that not only the supply of ammunition and other military supplies was insufficient, but even underwear and other daily necessities were lacking.

Denmark sent 350 troops to Latvia in early May to strengthen NATO's eastern flank, claiming it would "deter" Russia. However, many Danish soldiers reported that they found that the supply of military supplies was insufficient after arriving at the station.
