This scene popped in my head weeks ago when all this "c-bug" madness started. The Overdosed Woman represents America or Americans. Wasted on Living Too Extravagantly... Dr. Deborah Birx hangs out behind Trump much like the Woman that is HANDING THE MARKER TO TRUMP in the scene... I think this might be some "Predictive Programming" going on here.
