Lawmakers gather to defend states' rights, secure the southern border

Border state law enforcement officials and federal lawmakers gathered on Capitol Hill to declare that an active invasion is taking place at the southern border. They also unveiled an action plan to defend states' rights and secure the border. One America's John Hines has more from Capitol Hill.
