Potatoes 2 Medium Size
Meat Yakhni 1 Bowl
Cover & Cook 4 to 5 Mins.
Green Coriander
Green Chillies
Mint leaves
Cook on High Flame🍲 until the Oil Rises
Set aside

Boiled Water
Add
Cloves 3 to 4 Pieces
Black Pepper 4 to 5 Pieces
Cumin Seeds 1 T-Spoon
Cinnamon 2 Sticks
Black Cardamom 2 to 3
Star Anise 1 to 2
Bay Leaf 2 to 3
Salt 2 T-Spoons
Rice Soaked
Boiled & Set aside
Add Boiled Rice in Biryani Masala
Food Colour
Kewrra Water
Cover & Steam on low Flame🔥 10 mins.

Mix Well...🍲
