What I eat in Mauritius!

I believe a health & fitness journey is all about finding a good balance in your lifestyle, so that you can be consistent in the long run.

The all or nothing approach doesn’t end up working very well if you’re not consistent with it.

Even when I’m away enjoying experiences like this, I like to keep this balance because I always feel much better in myself when I keep up my training, lots of fruit and veg intake and my @bulk supplements too. (My old self would’ve binged on Nutella crepes uncontrollably - with the all or nothing mindset. Not anymore! I am happy with enjoying one haha)

And the @westin is such a PERFECT place to maintain this balance since it has such a nice wellness vibe surrounding the experience and the amazinggggg food! If you come to Mauritius you have to check this place out.

By the way this is just one random day… all the food I’m having atm is really varied!
