What Counts as COVID Death (What we suspected all along)

Accusations of "cooking the books" has been made with regards to fatality recording with COVID19 pandemic. Well, the reality at least for a jurisdiction in Chicago is the the death numbers are really being increased as a matter of policy. I'm glad someone went on the record. Now we have something to take into context with flu death statistics.
