Fixing a 1986 Honda Spree Scooter - PART 1

This old Honda 50cc scooter had been sitting for the last 15+ years in a barn here and I decided to get it running again. It was full of mud wasp nests (dirt everywhere) so I did a complete tear down of the scooter to clean it out and rebuild it again. This is PART 1 of a two part video covering this work end to end.
