ADOCAD Day 33. Get fit, stay fit with a deck of cards. Last day building up to a full deck of cards!

Especially great for Kyokushin karate-ka and any martial artists who want to stay fit and strong during any period of home isolation or travel.

Today we added the K❤️, 13 squats, which can be tough depending on where it comes up. So to start with, do what I do and slip it in the deck very early so you get it out of the way. Later when you're a bit fitter, you can shuffle it in with the rest.
