Rotate the pipes (plumber) minigame for renpy

It's a plumber minigame with a level designer for it on the side. the pipes graphics are terrible because I've modeled and rendered them with some haste, and I didn't get enough time to add some finishing animation to them like water pouring when the pipes are arranged correctly.
