Hey guys, wanted to get a decent upper body workout in this video. Legs have been a focus of mine because I still would like to run a half marathon this summer. However, Upper body workouts have been keeping me motivated a bit lately and I want to continue the trend as well as cardio etc.
I think a workout per day keeps me feeling positive, confident, and motivated. Thanks again for watching guys!
