DIY Cedar Shutters - Easy & Affordable!

Thinking about gettting or replacing window shutters? Before you buy them, take a look at this DIY project that is easy to do and easier on the wallet than store bought or custom made shutters. By using cedar picket fence boards and a little sanding you too can have a custom expensive looking home improvement that doesn't break the bank. Basic woodshop tools, Sherwin Williams Weathershield exterior paint, deck screws and some elbow grease are all you need to do this too!
