Beginning as a joke amongst peers the nickname soon turned into a plan of action and determination. With an Irish-American appeal, flavors and heat is translated into jerky and handcrafted hot sauces. Michael “Irish Mike” Fink introduces family history and a passionate respect for healthy cooked food that started with jerky then grew into other possible business opportunities such as hot sauce, a pub and grille, and a brewery, selling freshly brewed Irish-American IPAs. From a lover of jerky to everyone’s “wingman” and a passionate hot sauce enthusiast with inspired dreams to change the restaurant business, Irish Mike is also about creating lifelong memories while sharing a love for wings, ribs, and even jerky.
