Exercises of LIP BENDs are very important for strengthening and alignment of the embouchure. They should be performed daily and some believe that early in the Warm-up. follow the same rules for the Carmine Caruso method and its development in this aspect will be accelerated:
1 - Kick the foot. Set the pace with your foot. This will cause your muscles to begin to react to the desired rhythm. In the exercises I provided the metronome in the background, however you should hit your foot in the same rhythm. Be disciplined !!
2 - Keep your mouth in the mouthpiece throughout the exercise. So you do not have to redo your embouchure every moment and this will help a lot in the correct formation of this one.
3 - Hold to CONSTANT. Among other things, this will greatly improve the balancing of your muscles.
4 - In these exercises BREATHE ALWAYS FOR THE NOSE. For the same reason as rule 2. This is the quickest way to develop your embouchure.
Exercícios de LIP BENDs são muito importantes para fortalecimento e alinhamento da embocadura. Devem ser realizados diariamente e alguns acreditam que logo no início do Warm-up. siga as mesmas regas para o método do Carmine Caruso e o seu desenvolvimento neste aspecto será acelerado :
1 - Bata o pé. Marque o ritmo com o pé. Isto fará com que seus músculos comecem a reagir ao ritmo desejado. Nos exercícios eu forneci o metrônomo ao fundo, porém você deve bater o seu pé no mesmo ritmo. Seja disciplinado !!
2 - Mantenha sua boca no bocal durante todo o exercício. Assim você não precisara refazer sua embocadura a cada momento e isto ajudará muito na formação correta desta.
3 - Mantenha p AR CONSTANTE. Entre outras coisas, isto irá melhorar muito o balanceamento dos seus músculos.
4 - Nestes exercícios RESPIRE SEMPRE PELO NARIZ. Pelo mesmo motivo que a regra 2. Este é a maneira mais rápida de desenvolver sua embocadura.
