Grounding Day 21- three weeks of living barefoot

Today marks three weeks of living barefoot. I have had sore heels for the past two days but I think that was due to some heavy footed walking I did. It almost feels like they are bruised a bit. They feel better today then they did yesterday. I have zero complaints about being barefoot all of the time and my ankles are getting so much stronger. I have also seen an improvement in my balance in just this short amount of time. Another thing that I have noticed is my toes are more spread out and I have more control to move them individually. So excited to see what other changes come about! Stay tuned for more!
