Every 20 years the Missouri Constitution requires the question of whether to hold a constitutional convention to be placed on the ballot. This could alter or replace the Missouri Constitution. Missourians will be asked this question on the November 2022 ballot. “If that prospect does not scare you,” Ron Calzone warned. “Wait until you find out how the delegates to the convention are selected. They will not look anything like the current Missouri house or senate, not nearly the Republican control.”
