Governor CLOSES Off Gallup New Mexico Over COVID-19 Outbreak

New Mexico Governor Michelle Lujan Grisham issued an executive order on Friday May 1, 2020 to limit entry to the city of Gallup, New Mexico only to those residing there or employed in an essential capacity. Businesses were also ordered closed from 5pm to 8am. Is this draconian restriction at all warranted by the conditions in Gallup or is Grisham just the latest government official engaging in a needless power-grab?
