Ingredients:
150g of flour 00
20 g of low-fat cocoa powder
125 g of butter
25 g of sugar
1 egg yolk
a pinch of salt
100 g of apricot jam
50 g of dark chocolate to decorate

Steps:
In a bowl pour 125 grams of butter and 150 grams of flour
Knead
Add a pinch of salt
Then add an egg yolk, 25 grams of sugar and 20 grams of cocoa
Knead until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough
Shape into balls
Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper
With a coffee spoon, create a groove inside the balls
Fill the hole with the apricot jam
Then let the biscuits rest in the fridge for 1 hour
Bake them in the oven at 180 degrees for 12-15 minutes
Melt 50 grams of chocolate in a glass
When the cookies have cooled, decorate them by making lines in this way
