Vandal Hearts (PS1) Gameplay Sample

Found this on my hard drive. I was going to upload it a while ago, but I wasn't sure if it was interesting enough to post, especially since I done got Clint kilt.

I love Vandal Hearts. It is actually the one turned-based strategy RPG I have played all the way through on the 1. I have started, and played far into others (Final Fantasy Tactics, Kartia, Eternal Eyes, Front Mission 3, etc.), but have only played through Vandal Hearts all the way to the end. I love this game, and it's one of the fantastic pre-FFVII Konami RPGs. Konami made some great RPGs on the 1.

I love strategy RPG's I just never seem to beat them. They were/are a fun sub-genre in the RPG genre, specifically Japanese RPGs. Vandal Hearts has a simple, easy to learn system that isn't overly complicated, but still has plenty of depth. I never got my hands on Vandal Hearts II, but I still love this one. If I remember correctly, it's a little over 20 hours long to beat it, so it makes it a shorter RPG, but at this point, I don't mind. I don't have 40-100 hours to throw at an RPG nowadays anyway.
