Before the BrainGAME I was stressed out constantly and in worry. Even in the writing of a book where I thought I was happy, I could pick up on the patterns that I was living and could feel that everything was scary. Life was fearful. Everything was from a place of survival and I was always ready for a fight. There was so much doubt and insecurity because the story in my mind was constantly spinning, constantly running.

BrainGAME really allowed me to see how uncomfortable it was for me to want something. There is a saying that we don’t know what we really want because we don’t know who we are, so we go around in circles. Then all the shame and guilt rises up because we think we should have been able to figure it out. BrainGAME allowed me to awaken to the illusion and busted it wide open.

My big dream is for the BrainGAME to be in the hands of our youth and for it to be a household name. Seeing how it has helped my 17 year old daughter in accepting and loving herself allows her to choose not to punish herself. Having those tools at her age is probably more powerful than finding them out at 50. Do you ever just wonder who you might have been if you had just a little more awareness of what’s really going on?
