Conflict of Interest: DOJ Doesn't Have Your Interest In Mind

In bankruptcy cases, a trustee is appointed to oversee the debtor’s estate during the bankruptcy proceeding. The trustee is supposed to be an unbiased third party in all cases, however, in the case of Pacific Alliance Asia Opportunity Fund L.P. vs. Mr. Miles Guo, something odd has happened.
