News stories try to hook us with the idea that we are the heroes of the story and the despicable villains are still at large. While we do have a very real spiritual enemy who want to see the destruction of our souls and our nation, its important to remember that Christ died for everyone and Christianity is not a religion of "us vs them."

There is cause for great celebration at the abolition of Roe v Wade. There is a place perhaps for tightened security in and around Churches. vandalizers should be prosecuted, but, as Bishop McCaig reminds us, the moment we lose sight of the humanity of the pro-abort (even the pro-abort vandal) is the moment the devil has won.
