No More Heroes 2 (Wii) Gameplay Sample

Note: I am testing out the EVGA XR1 Lite capture card for this footage. I normally use my Elgato HD60s, but am seeing if the EVGA card is worth it at it's budget price.

To my shame, despite owning a Wii for over 10 years now, I have still yet to play many of the games I own for it. I have the original No More Heroes as well (I can't play it until I find the nun-chuck which is packed away somewhere), and I can tell you this is one of those "hardcore" games people talked about so heavily in the 7th gen. Hardcore and casual were thrown around so often in that gen, they still have no meaning anymore.

I haven't played too far into this game, but I can tell you, this game is fun. Beyond all the flash and gore, and crude humor, you find a well-playing action game in similar vein to games like Devil May Cry, that action style genre. If you are collecting for the Wii, and for the love of Pete, I suggest you do it soon while games are still affordable, because the window will soon close on it, be sure to pick up No More Heroes, and No More Heroes 2. Beyond the stylistic approach, breaking the 4th wall, and even a fun little shmup mini game, it's a solid game, and worthy of your time. both NMH games were also released on the Switch as well.
