EXPOSED: Uvalde Police Chief Is The MOST INCOMPETENT Human In America

The school shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas is widely panned as one of the worst police responses in recent memory. While the massacre of students and teachers occurred, the police chief instructed responding officers to stand down, resulting in non-action for almost 1 full hour.

When confronted about this decision, he did the cowardly thing and tried to pass responsibility on to other responders.
