This do at home workout covers the whole body without aggravating your back!
The exercises are designed to help support and stabilize the spine while also getting the whole body toned.
All you need for the workout is a band, a set of weights, a mat, and you:)
Start with 1 set of 10 repetitions and progress to 2.
