His Glory Presents: Take FiVe News Updates "The WHO" 7-14-22

THE 75th WORLD HEALTH ASSEMBLY JUST ENDED:
HOW CLOSE WE CAME TO LOSING OUR FREEDOM AND THE PROPOSAL OF “GLOBAL GOVERNMENT”
For the last several years, the World Health Organization (WHO)—an agency which falls under the United Nations—has been one of the leading influences on how the world should respond to pandemics and health concerns, to include COVID-19.
In the past, they had limited authority over the sovereignty of individual countries. In essence, while they could make recommendations, each country had free will to decide for itself what steps they would take to protect their own citizens. Recent proposals made during the annual Health Assembly in Geneva, seek to change these limitations.
In a press release from March, the WHO stated global leaders united in a call for an “International Pandemic Treaty.” The treaty would specifically target pandemic preparedness and response (PPR) and would be “an opportunity for the world to come together as a global community for peaceful cooperation that extends beyond the crisis.”
The article states the joint call for this treaty included 25 heads of government and international agencies to “signal high-level political action needed to protect the world from future health crises.” Keep reading, it gets better.
In order to become a world superpower, you would need lots of funding. The WHO has it covered. In a follow-up press release from April, the WHO proposed that “donor” countries commit to long-term contributions of funding, which they call Financial Intermediary Funding (FIF), or multi-year funding.
The press release goes on to explain that “the WHO and World bank estimate a $10.5 billion annual gap in PPR financing.” They state this funding is required to “support equitable global access to vaccines, testing and therapies, global surveillance, research and development, manufacturing and health system strengthening.” Yes, you read that last statement correctly—global surveillance.
According to the Western Journal, in a document outlining the WHO’s plan, the term “surveillance” is mentioned 48 times in the 31 page document and one particular excerpt discusses the “establishment of whole-of-society, interdisciplinary, multi-partner networks for collaborative surveillance.” It gets better and better.
The press release from May titled “World Health Association agrees historic decision to sustainably finance WHO” goes on to state that they decided upon a gradual increase in the WHO’s core budget, largely due to membership fees, with a 20% increase for the 2022-2023 budget cycle to reach at least 50% of their proposed budget by 2030-2031, resulting in an estimated increase of around $600 million a year.
On the WHO’s website, on Chapter 6 of “A Healthy Return”, it explains how currently the WHO is funded by contributions from public entities. Member States contribute around 60% of the program budget, and the rest come from other organizations within the United Nations—such as Philanthropic foundations—including Bill and Melinda Gates.
Interestingly, Newsmax back in March of 2015, reported Bill Gates as writing in the New England Journal of Medicine, “Despite efforts by the United States and a few other countries, there are still big holes in the world's ability to respond to an epidemic,” Gates continues, “Other countries may be more likely to step up if they see an overall plan and understand their role in it. We need a rigorous study of the cost of building a global warning and response system and a plan for contributions from various countries.” Coincidence? No, I think not.
WHO director General Dr. Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus who ran unopposed and was re-elected during the 2022 Assembly, stated, “This decision addressed head-on the decades long challenge WHO has faced on predictable, flexible and sustainable funding. Delivering on the target they have agreed today will mean our Member States are empowering WHO to meet
their expectations and truly fulfill our mandate as the world’s leading global health authority.” If the term mandate and global health authority gives you pause, it should.
So in essence, the WHO seeks to be the LEADING GLOBAL HEALTH AUTHORITY, and now has the funding to make this happen. Now enter Joe Biden and his proposed amendments to the United Nations International Health Regulations (IHR).
According to the Epoch Times, Biden’s amendments would empower the WHO to declare, uncontested, a public health emergency anywhere in the world. The New American reports this also includes giving the WHO the authority to ban travel, issue lockdowns, and invoke other measures deemed appropriate in any country, all working under the umbrella of the authority of the United Nations. But it’s okay, it’s all in the name of “Global Health and Safety” and I’m sure they have our best interests at heart.
In response to this atrocity, Rep. Ralph Norman (R-SC) stated, “This is a complete sellout. It shows the corruption of the administration.” In a letter obtained by the Epoch Times from the House Freedom Caucus of which Norman is a member, they confront Biden’s overreach stating, “as efforts continue by WHO Member States to negotiate a globally pandemic treaty,’ we demand that you provide the American people with total transparency and respect for our nation’s sovereignty. Under no circumstances should you cede our government’s operational control in a public health emergency to an international body.”
The letter goes on to remind Biden of the U.S. Constitution, which at this point is being trampled all over, “we expect you to fully comply with Article II, Section 2 of the U.S. Constitution, which clearly states that, “the President shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate to make Treaties, provided two-thirds of the Senators present concur.”
According to the Western Journal, Senator Rick Scott of Florida is also standing up to Biden’s absurd proposals, by creating a bill that ensures the U.S. has free will to determine what actions are taken during a public health emergency and would not be required to follow any mandate issued by the WHO.
While we applaud and appreciate these brave Congressmen and women for standing up for our freedom in the U.S., at the end of the day it was the Brazilian President who is the hero of this story—at least in the short term.
According to the Gateway Pundit, Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro was the ONLY leader to speak out to turn down Biden’s proposed amendments during the Assembly and refused to turn his country’s sovereignty over to the WHO.
President Bolsonaro brought up an excellent point regarding the WHO’s flawed judgement and recommendations for handling COVID-19, stating to reporters, “Moreover, I was the only statesmen that didn’t adhere to the lockdown policies.” He continues, “I said we had to take
care of the elderly and people with co-morbidities, and today studies outside of Brazil especially show that I was right.” Now that’s a humdinger—the ability to respond to a pandemic AND not demolish your country’s economy while doing it. Maybe he should run for WHO Director.
The conclusion of the Assembly resulted in 12 of Biden’s 13 proposed amendments and the proposed international health treaty being tabled for consideration “at a later date,” and were not decided upon by the conclusion of the Assembly . However, don’t breathe a sigh of relief just yet. The United Nations and WHO’s attempts to control the world, is not going away.

While they did NOT vote to give it the same level of global health emergency designation as COVID-19, they made it clear that the topic would likely come up again in the near future as more cases were occurring. We know what giving an outbreak that designation does: lockdowns, masks, closing of schools, churches, and businesses. In one word: chaos. Why are we giving them so much authority over our lives?
The American people can no longer stand on the sidelines. It is essential for us to get involved with every single layer of politics in this country and to stand up for what is right. Our God Given freedom is on the line. Look how close we’ve come to losing it.
